Hardware modding for original Xbox consoles, including TSOP flashing and modchip installation for all variants. Unlock custom dashboards, unsigned code, and backup functionality with a permanent, secure, and reliable hardware solution – safer than softmods and fully compatible with all original features.
NEW: TSOP flashing is now available for Xbox OG 1.6 models!
Xyclops chip A-A02 is supported – A-B01 is not and will require a modchip
What is included?
Each of these modificationsÂ
• Unlock custom dashboards, run unsigned code, and play backup games
• Is fully tested after installation
• Is superior to softmod – more stable, reliable, and secure, not affected by disk issues or user errors
• All models except the 1.6 TSOP can be re-flashed by the user without opening the device

What is not included
• Repair work of any kind (separate service)
• DVD drive performance – laser condition may limit media support
• Any hard-disk work beyond a basic clean format and partition (separate service)
• Backups of your data – make sure you back up your files and high-scores
• We do not provide any game files, game discs, ISOs, ROMs, or other digital content
• Warranty for console components (warranty applies only to the installed mod work)
Shipping to us
After your purchase and payment, you are responsible for shipping your system or mainboard to us using safe and secure packaging. You will receive an email with our shipping details, and a reminder to make sure your unit arrives safely in our workshop. The cost of shipping your system to us is not included in the service price.
Shipping from us back to you
Return shipments to customers are not included in the service price. Our shipping page provides a good estimate of general shipping costs across Europe. We always confirm openly with each customer and calculate final shipping fairly, based on their preferences and approval before sending.

• Please make sure your console or mainboard is fully operational before sending it in.
