From my first games on a Philips Videopac as a kid in the early ’80s to working on thousands of systems over three decades, I’ve spent my life enjoying retro gaming, technology, and electronics.
This photo shows me around age five, completely glued to an early micro computer. While it’s not my amazing Videopac, it still perfectly captures my fascination for (back then) modern technology.
Games got my attention, and a healthy curiosity in electronics (with the occasional puff of magic smoke) fueled a lifelong passion for restoring the gaming hardware of my childhood.
