Yes! All repairs, upgrades, and modifications include a standard 90-day warranty covering the workmanship performed.

Absolutely! We document every machine we work on with photos before and after the service, along with a clear description of the work performed and why it was needed. Happy customers and word-of-mouth referrals are extremely important to us, so we make sure you have full visibility of the care your machine receives.

Turnaround depends on the service and current workload. Most work is completed within 7–14 days after your console arrives. If a job requires extra time, for example due to rare parts, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Absolutely. We work with customers from all across Europe. You can ship your console to us safely, and once the work is complete, we return it using tracked and insured shipping. If you are sending a unit from outside the EU, please contact us first – import duties may apply.

Yes! Diagnostics are available in each service category for machines where the issue isn’t clear – for example, if it won’t power on or the screen stays black. We can inspect your console or microcomputer, identify the problem, and provide a repair quote before starting any work.

Absolutely. We specialize in precision work and can often repair damaged pads, traces, or unsuccessful mod attempts.

Place an order and/or contact us first with the issue or service you need. We will confirm availability and provide a quote if required. Once payment is received, we’ll give you the address for your shipment and kindly remind you to securely package your console.

Yes, we offer refurbished consoles, pre-loved original games, and hard-to-find spare parts, all carefully inspected and tested.

As a small private workshop selling from our own collection, we accept bank transfers, PayPal, and crypto payments. Standard shipping uses Hrvatska Pošta Priority Mail with a signed receipt – see our shipping page for details. Alternative or express shipping options are available upon request.
