Deliveries / Customer Pick-up in Croatia
For deliveries within Croatia, we can use almost any delivery service you prefer. We usually rely on Hrvatska Pošta and Tisak kiosks because they are reliable and widely available, but we are happy to use alternatives if you have a preference.
Hrvatska Pošta
We primarily use HP’s standard, premium, and express Paket24 services for national deliveries to ensure reliable home delivery across Croatia. For current HP shipping prices, please see: https://www.posta.hr/izracun-cijene-slanja-posiljke
Tisak Paket
Tisak is also a very popular option in Croatia, offering convenient kiosk-to-kiosk delivery at friendly prices up to €4.99. With support for packages up to 40 × 30 × 15 cm and 15 kg, it is an excellent budget-friendly choice for small to medium orders.
Personal Delivery / Customer Pick-up
We frequently travel between Samobor – Zagreb – Varazdin, as well as locations along that route. It is always a pleasure to meet fellow retro fans face-to-face, so please reach out if you live in the region or want to arrange a pick up along the way.

Shipping & Customs Information

BeepFixer is based in Croatia, which is part of the EU.
All goods sold by BeepFixer come from my personal collection. Since we are within the EU, purchases from other EU countries are not subject to import taxes or customs duties. You can order with confidence knowing that no additional VAT or customs fees will be applied within the EU.

BeepFixer is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply if you purchase our products or services from outside the EU.
Please make sure you understand your country’s import taxes and any additional duties before placing an order. Items refused by customs or returned from the border will not be fully refunded.

If laws or regulations change after your order has been placed, please get in touch with us. We will work with you to find a fair solution.
Shipping Your Console to BeepFixer
When sending your console or mainboard to us for repairs, upgrades, or modifications, please ensure it is properly and safely packaged!
You are responsible for shipping your system to our workshop, and we strongly recommend using plenty of padding on all sides (top, bottom, and edges) to protect your device during transit.
Please use a box-in-a-box method: place your console in one box, pad it well, then place that box inside a second larger box with additional padding.

If you’re also purchasing items from our shop, we can combine outgoing shipments to keep costs low, or separate them if you prefer faster delivery. We manually review each order as well and will reach out if anything needs clarification.
For international customers shipping a console or boards to us from outside the EU, please contact us first so we can calculate any import duties. Please also make sure to check your country’s customs rules and import duties for the return shipment.
